Blue is more of a Lounge than a Club, the dance floor is not too big, but there is a stage for the bands/DJs, and dancers. Lots of tables to hang out and drink at, plus a pretty decent sized bar.
“Luring singles from their over-the-hill clubbing commutes, this off-the-beaten-path spot is divided between an open dining room with a Mexican-inspired menu and a sprawling nightclub with cobalt-blue walls, cushy couches and vaulted ceilings. The bar boasts a central stage area, billiards room and outdoor patio for smokers. Entertainment varies between karaoke and industry nights to rock bands and house DJs spinning hip-hop and Top 40.
Parking – The free lot fills up early on weekends, so arrive by 10pm in order to avoid street parking and a long walk up Lewis Road.
Look Good – Those looking to avoid the line can book the VIP Room; it includes cover for 10 guests, a free bottle of premium liquor and a private pool table.
When to Go – Wednesdays feature a lively Karaoke Night, with more than 5,000 pop-tunes and some of Agoura Hills’ loudest residents.” (losangeles.citysearch.com) The weekends that we have been have always been a pretty good time. Never too crowded, but still a pretty good crowd.
